Online training is a new and exciting way for me to offer my clients what they need, when they need it, without the limitations and expenses of the gym, and in a more cost-effective way than in-person training. This allows me to develop a comprehensive program to address your mobility and strength goals as well as offer a high level of accountability and guidance as your coach. I want to help you unlock your full potential which can translate to other aspects of your life, not just fitness.

Personalized workout program based on your goals, experience, time, and preference of training style. Weekly cardio changes based on progression and goals. Programs changed every 4-6 weeks.

Tailored Nutrition Plan

Custom nutrition program tailored to your specific needs/lifestyle. Macronutrient guidance, shopping list, supplementation list, delicious recipes, and more. Learn how to incorporate your favorite foods while getting lean.

Accountability

I will be with you every step of the way. Weekly Check-Ins to ensure progression, adjustments to your program, and 24/7 access to me through email or text. I will ensure you get the best results.

Meet Your Coach

Hi! My name is Vincent and I am a passionate certified trainer and nutritionist! 

I have been consistently in the gym and learning over the last 10 years. I graduated from Penn State with a degree in Kinesiology (exercise science).

My mission is to educate you on the most effective and sustainable methods using science-based research to help you keep the weight off! 

Watching others get stronger, build confidence, and lose body fat is one of the most rewarding parts of being a coach. If you're feeling stuck, I am confident I can help you achieve your dream body in an enjoyable way.
