Is everything custom?

Every program is tailored specifically towards your own goals with a sustainable approach in mind. They key is longevity. I want this process to be as easy and as enjoyable as possible. However, that doesn’t mean you don’t have to put in the work. You get what you put in. There is never a one-size-fits-all approach. I will switch things around as needed.

What if I don’t know how to do certain exercises?

The program I use has very detailed workout tutorial videos for every single exercise that you are assigned. The program is very user friendly and will guide you every step of the way.

How much time should I expect to invest per week?

I want to make this process as manageable as possible. I don’t want you to feel overwhelmed, but sometimes you might have to make that sacrifice depending on lifestyle.

It comes down to “How bad do you want to reach your goals?”

What equipment will I need?

  1. A full gym would be best because you can optimize your time and results. However, I can definitely provide you with workouts with whatever you have, even bodyweight.

  2. A bodyweight scale and a digital food scale to meal prep and tracking macros.

What should I expect from this program?

I will do everything in my power to help you reach your goals. I will be 100% realistic with you. Everyone has a different starting point so don’t compare your progress to others. Patience is key. This is not a quick fix overnight. My mission is to change your lifestyle, not help you lose 30lbs in 3 months and have you bounce right back. We want longevity.
