  • Analise's Transformation

    DescriptionI started with Vin in August of 2020 to initially bulk and cut properly and help get some of the quartile weight off. In the past 10 months he’s honestly changed my life physically and mentally. I’ve learned so much about my nutrition and weight lifting and I’ve become so much stronger in and out of the gym. His guidance and encouragement has pushed me to do my best. We are currently on the road to compete in my first bikini competition! I’m so happy we started this journey and I’m so excited to see what the next few months brings. I’m more than confident to be taking this next step in my fitness journey knowing I have a trusting and knowledgeable coach by my side! We’re gonna kill it!! ❤️💪🏼

  • Tai's Transformation

    Tai came to me because he wanted to compete in his first Men’s Physique bodybuilding show at Summer Shredding down in Texas. I coached him through a 12 week prep and guided him every step of the way.

    The process wasn’t easy but we got the job done. We peaked perfectly, and brought in the perfect conditioning to show day. Unfortunately we didn’t take 1st but we still managed to take home some hardware! Next show will be even better, no doubt!

    I’ve had the pleasure of training with Vince for the past six months. After working remotely during the pandemic, I found myself in a super sedentary lifestyle and gained a lot of weight from eating and drinking . Once I started training with Vince and following his meal plan guidance I was able to transition into a healthier lifestyle paying close attention to my nutrition and cutting back on my previous unhealthy habits. Vince does a great job of holding my accountable for my fitness goals and continues to push me to get stronger and healthier!

    This was my 12 week transformation for my first bodybuilding show.

    I had to track my macros, do my cardio, and gave it 110% when it came to my training. I took 1st for my class, but unfortunately I didn’t win the overall. One day.

    Competing may not be for everyone, but everyone should strive to be living a healthier more balanced lifestyle.

    I want to be able to share this passion of mine with you and coach you through your journey. Whether you want to just live a healthier lifestyle or even competing ins our very first bodybuilding show.

  • Mom's Transformation

    My mom is 54 and going strong. She is in the best shape of her life and one of my biggest inspirations. In the picture on the left, she would use to workout out a few times a week, however she would not incorporate any resistance training. She would use to eat clean but her diet consisted of mostly of fruits, veggies, and carbs. No healthy fats & barely any protein which are both vital when it comes to being “healthy.” I started changing her mindset and incorporated the right workout regiment along with a proper nutrition plan and the results started to come. She’s the heaviest she has ever weighed, stronger and leaner than ever. More energy throughout the day, and feeling more confident day by day.

    I learned about Coach Vin through a friend. I had never used a personal coach before and had been nervous. My goals were to improve on a fitness test specific to the army, as well as look good/feel good.

    Vin is friendly, passionate, and easy to get a hold of. Not only did my strength increase, but so did my confidence. I increased more than 30 points on the fitness test I have been wanting to conquer. I learned proper form and eating techniques. I cannot replace the lessons I’ve learned from Coach for anything.

    100/10 times would recommend! Don’t miss out by not training through him.

    This was Bryan’s first bodybuilding show and took home 2nd! He was driven, and disciplined, but also very communicative at the same time.

    This was only a 12-week prep so we had a lot of work to do. I believe we brought the best package we could to the stage. He came in full and lean!

    We are continuing to work together to bring an even better package to the stage for our next comp and take home that 1st place!

    Where do I start? Coach Vince has completely changed my life in so many ways and helped me become the best version of myself. I have been working with Vince for a year now and the difference I’ve made from when I started not only physically but mentally he is so patient with his clients and always willing to make changes based on your goals, my initial goal was weight loss, then focused on weight and strength training. Not only did Vince help me accomplish these goals but when I told him about a previous back and shoulder injury he made sure I was on the right path to continue training but also focus on recovery and flexibility. Vince made a huge impact on my eating choices to this day he’s very flexible when it comes to finding the right meal plans and foods you like. Before finding Vince I struggled to keep consistency also find someone that helped me stay motivated long enough to see progress. Vince helped me find my drive in my overall fitness journey and health journey. Words come too short to express my gratitude for this wonderful coach that completely changed my life forever. He is so understanding and patient, and will keep you motivated throughout your whole journey! Thank you Vince for being the Coach and person you are!

    Ashley absolutely crushed her 3 month transformation. Not only did she lose over 10lbs, she gained a significant amount of muscle which lead to her feeling more confident than ever.
